Incidents and reviews

Follow a reported incident from notice to final decision.

Race direction can record an incident with the affected drivers, category, lap and reason. Officials may review the case in the private console and communicate its progress through the HUD. The organizer may also publish eligible cases on a public board.

Read the status

Status Meaning
NOTED The case has been announced; no final decision is implied.
UNDER REVIEW An official is examining the case.
PENALTY APPLIED The case ended with a sporting penalty. Read the separate penalty instruction.
NO FURTHER ACTION The case ended without a penalty.

A final case may be reopened when new information appears. Its status then returns to review. The board may show a timeline of status changes for an active session.

If you are named in a notice

Read the affected driver names, reason and current status. Keep driving according to the live track signals and your event rules. NOTED and UNDER REVIEW do not by themselves require serving a penalty. If a penalty is issued, its own HUD card explains the type and current state; see the penalty guide.

Not every internal draft is public. The optional board shows only published incident data from active sessions; it is not the official sporting rulebook or a complete archive.
