Public incident board
Publish and read incident status without opening the private console.
An organizer can choose to publish a read-only incident board from /account. When enabled, the organization page shows its exact public link at /board/ORGANIZATION_ID. Anyone with that link can read the published view; visitors cannot use the private Race direction console.
The generic /race-control address may redirect when a single organization has published a board, but the organization-specific link is the reliable one to share. If the organizer hides the board, the public link returns a not-found response.
What visitors can see
The board shows announced incidents from currently active sessions of that organization. It may include the circuit and server, affected driver names, category, lap, reason, current public status and a decision or linked penalty when available. Draft incidents that have not been announced are excluded. The view updates as the live session changes.
Statuses include NOTED, UNDER REVIEW, PENALTY APPLIED and NO FURTHER ACTION. A case may be reopened. When a session is no longer active, its cases leave the live board; use the private history tools for an archive.
Publishing a board is optional and independent of driver HUD access. Only publish it if your event’s privacy rules allow the displayed incident information.
